We work as a solar system where LxS project is the central star and our different collaborators are the planets orbiting around it. Establishing an analogy with the ‘Universal Gravitation Law’, our members closer to the core will have a higher level of involvement and responsibility, while those furthest will have a peripheral contribution. According to their skills, jurisdictions and temporary assignments, collaborators will belong to different sectors of the orbit.
The distance between their specific positions will determinate links and micro associations, creating a dynamic brunch of connections and a combination of hybrid teams depending on the challenge to solve.
